Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development
- Collaborate with leadership to define comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Develop annual marketing plans with defined KPIs and budget allocations.
Brand Management
- Build and sustain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Ensure uniformity in messaging across digital, print, and social media.
Digital Marketing
- Plan & execute SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns.
- Optimize digital channels to improve engagement & conversion rates.
Market Research
- Analyze customer preferences, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Leverage insights to improve targeting and campaign performance.
Content Creation & Management
- Produce compelling content for blogs, websites, social media & newsletters.
- Coordinate multimedia creation with the design team (videos, graphics, etc.).
Campaign Management
- Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor performance across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Implement online & offline lead generation strategies.
- Develop initiatives to increase engagement and boost customer loyalty.
Event Marketing & Public Relations
- Organize marketing events, webinars, trade shows & conferences.
- Collaborate with PR teams to build brand reputation and media outreach.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, and Support teams.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales and business objectives.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics.
- Prepare insights-driven reports for management and optimization strategies.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing, brand management, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and campaign execution.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
Familiar with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), and affiliate marketing strategies.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative and strategic thinker with strong project management and organizational abilities.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Certifications (Preferred):
